Welcome back to the Shanti Healers community! My intention is to share pure light and love from Spirit to you! As I am a spirit in this human body to help lift the vibration of the planet, I want to help you on your journey as well. Sometimes we just need a bit of support, push and motivation to give us the confidence to become best person we are meant to be. With guidance you will find out your purpose, heal your traumas, go through the numerous rebirths and to walk into your power. I will be sharing weekly messages from my guides to just give you guidance, encouragement and confirmation. With Saturn retrograde funky ass being over after 5 long months, the message is aligned on how to treat yourself and move on to the next chapter of your life! I break down the meanings of the cards and significance of the crystal below.

Nurture - How do you show up for yourself?

Maybe some of you are partners, maybe some of you are caregivers, maybe some of you are teachers, mentors, coaches, leaders, and quite frankly the unofficial therapist in your crew. So you give your all and you give some more. You show up when someone is sick, when someone is going through a crisis, when someone needs financial help, when someone needs support and literally out here wearing a super hero cape. What has been revealed to you recently, is that this energy may not be reciprocated. Maybe when you needed a shoulder to cry on, your family and friends weren't around. Maybe you went through a quite turbulent year on your own. Some hard truths have shown you, maybe the people you thought had your back truly didn't. Now you see the cold hard facts, how are you going to love yourself? Have you ever put yourself first? Have you said no and meant it? Have you honored your true feelings? You may think you are alone, but you aren't! Your spirit team has always been there! You just neglected them for people that are selfish. You haven't spoken to Spirit, your ancestors, a therapist, and your higher self about ways you can show up for yourself. YOU MATTER! It's ok to put yourself first sometimes, even has a parent, coach, caregiver and etc. You show up for others now return the favor to yourself. Take a day, a week, a month to do something YOU WANT to do. How can you continue to show up for others if you don't take care of yourself? A worn out person doesn't do much good in anything anyway. Your energy is low, your love for life is low, and you are tired! For the people that try to make you feel guilty by living your life, remember, they are living theirs! The heart chakra is all about giving and receiving love equally. Get to it! When you take that break you will come back more grounded, confident and energetic. Honor yourself and your feelings. Spirit wants you to be well inside and out!

Harmony - Are you in alignment or out of whack?

This message just expands on the card above. One sure fire way to know if you are out of whack is if your thoughts, feelings and actions are all over the place. You don't know if you are coming or going. You don't know if you should go left or right. You look for validation from others and don't trust your gut. You always doubt if you are making the right decision. We have all been there! This Saturn retrograde made a lot of us feel confused, riding an emotional rollercoaster, lost a lot things, people and doubted if we could ever make it! The energy is now settling. The roads are opening back up. The lessons have been learned (I hope!). On your journey of nurturing yourself again, stop for one second, and listen to that inner voice. Get back in alignment with your soul's purpose, your art, your music, your dreams, your goals, and your desires. What does your gut say? Quiet the negative thoughts and check in with your heart. What does it want? Where does it want to be? Ask yourself what is that you want, then write it without thinking too much about it. The first thought is the answer. Is that answer in alignment to your highest good? Would it make you happy? Would it free you?

Your sacral chakra, located just below your navel, needs some attention and healing. This chakra is associated with emotional body, sensuality and creativity. Motivated by pleasure and joy, the sacral chakra is the driving force for your enjoyment of life. When your sacral chakra is balanced, it enables you to feel and experience life to its fullness. As the center of passion, your sacral chakra awakens your power of creation. This allows you to discover what you truly enjoy and create intimate relationships. The sacral chakra helps cultivate flexibility and adaptability. This empowers you to move on, accept change, and transform. When balanced, the sacral chakra allows you to be passionate, creative, and sensual while connecting with your feelings and emotions. When your sacral chakra is blocked or under active, you may be experiencing a sense of lack of control ranging from uncertainty to an inability to cope with life’s changes. When the sacral chakra becomes blocked, it often detaches you from your emotions and those around you. When a chakra is overactive, it means that the chakra is distributing too much energy. It is working in overdrive and bringing imbalance to the chakra. When your sacral chakra is overactive, it affects your overall well being. If your second chakra is overactive, you may be experiencing issues of excess and conflict from thriving on drama to having unhealthy relationships. When the sacral chakra is overwhelmed with energy, it will make you feel overwhelmed. You may feel emotions more deeply, experience mood swings, or become overly dependent on others.

How to Balance Your Sacral Chakra

Connect with Water — The sacral chakra is highly influenced by the element of water. Getting outside and relaxing near or in open water can help open and restore balance to your second chakra. Lakes, rivers, streams, or the ocean are all useful. Wade or dangle your feet in the water to allow your sacral energy to flow. A warm bath or shower can also help aid in balancing your sacral chakra.

Creative Play — As the center of your creativity and passion, it is important to explore new or old hobbies to help open your sacral chakra and let your creative energy flow. Dancing, drawing, writing, or engaging in playful activities are all useful tools to bring the harmonious flow of energy to your sacral chakra.

Yoga Practices for Sacral Chakra — Yoga can be particularly helpful in opening and bringing balance to your sacral chakra. Yoga for sacral balancing should focus on hip-opening poses.

Meditation for Sacral Chakra — Meditation plays an important role in restoring balance to your chakras. Chakra meditation techniques are similar to traditional meditation techniques but focus on a specific area of the body. Below is a simple meditation technique to aid in balancing your sacral chakra.

Sit with your shoulders back and spine straight. Relax your muscles as you close your eyes and breathe deeply. Inhale through your nose and exhale through the mouth. Focus your attention on the location of your sacral chakra: your abdomen, a few inches below your navel. Since the sacral chakra is tied to the color of orange, imagine an orange glow below your navel, slowly expanding to the pelvic region and making the whole area warm and relaxed. Rest in this sensation for 3-5 minutes. When you are ready, slowly open your eyes. You may follow with positive affirmations.

Sacral Chakra Affirmations — Affirmations are a positive way to heal negative programming that can be embedded in your subtle body. When balancing your sacral chakra, practice saying the following phrases to yourself:

I am passionate

I am open to experiencing the present moment

I am comfortable in my body

I feel at peace

I am a creative being

Aromatherapy for Sacral Chakra — Aromatherapy can be a powerful and simple tool for opening and balancing your sacral chakra. Use essential oils with cleansing and balancing aromas that promote joy, creativity, and emotional balance. Apply the oils to your abdomen, two inches below the navel. (I will have chakra oils available soon in the shop. Stay tuned!)

Sacral Chakra Crystals — Each chakra is influenced by unique stones and their energetic properties. The sacral chakra is highly influenced by carnelian. When balancing your sacral chakra, meditate with carnelian or even carry the stone with you to let the energetic properties help restore balance to the chakra.

Childlike Expression - Honor your inner child!

When was the last time you felt care-free? When was the last time you played? When was the last time you stopped and smelled the flowers? Do you truly have fun? Look at the world like a child would, with wonder and amazement by the simplest things! A child is always curious about life and having fun. As you heal your sacral chakra, you will begin to enjoy life more. You will be more creative, passionate and carefree. It's time to re-simulate your inner child's ability to look, listen, touch and explore the world in order to reconnect with your emotions. Give your inner child love and a voice. Express your true feelings. Find patience and joy in the simple things. Take a step away from acquiring material things and take pleasures in the wisdom of your own soul. Allow time for play! It maybe through socializing, singing, yoga, travel, walking, dancing, meditating or writing. Your inner child knows no boundaries, holds no expectations, and loves unconditionally. You might have been taught to give up your desires and needs for the sake of others. This isn't necessary! When you don't acknowledge your desires and needs, it takes away from your life and defeats your spirit. So turn up for yourself and be who you are authentically.
